Nirmal Singh, Founder

B. Tech from IIT Delhi, Nirmal is a well recognized and much admired name associated with urbane and elegantly developed masterpieces in Noida. Nirmal is associated with the real estate sector for more than 20 years and has been one of the key drivers of Sustainable Green Developments in NCR having successfully developed and delivered more than 15 Million Sqft.

Nirmal is a true believer of moral, spiritual and ethical development of the community and thus is also nurturing children by playing the role of a Chairman at Lotus Valley International School. A school, that endeavors to provide holistic education for the overall development of children and encourage them to strive for excellence in fields of their choice.

P Sahel, Vice Chairman

As Vice Chairman of Lotus Greens, Sahel is responsible for giving directions on overall business strategy and key investments decisions of the firm. Being one of the founding members of Lotus Greens, Sahel has been instrumental in formulating various company policies, setting up systems and processes, and building a strong team of professionals.

Before setting up Lotus Greens, Sahel worked for more than 16 years in some of India's largest and most respected real estate companies like JLL and DLF and was instrumental in taking JLL to an industry leading position in India.

Sahel is a member of CoreNet. He is an industry thought leader and in the past has been associated with numerous industry bodies and real estate forums.

Achal Raina, Director & CEO

As Director, Achal is responsible for managing the overall operations of Lotus Greens. In his 25 years of professional career, Achal has held leadership positions with organisations like DLF, Unitech, Vipul, Emaar MGF & M3M and has successfully launched their landmark projects in Delhi/NCR.

Achal's understanding & knowledge of the business and best practices is a testament to his ability and hard work. Though his real strength lies in Sales and Marketing, his experience as CEO and MD for various real estate firms has made him a pillar of knowledge in areas like project planning & execution.

Manoj Popli, Director & CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Manoj provides overall direction and oversight to finance and accounts of Lotus Greens. He has more than 20 years of experience of which 12 years have been in real estate. In his earlier role he has worked in the capacity of CFO at Unitech Ltd.

Manoj has extensive experience in raising and mobilization of funds. His strengths include financial management, strategic planning, business restructuring, risk management, mergers and acquisitions.

Manoj is a chartered accountant by profession and is considered amongst the top names in real estate sector.
